Open the live board and scrape the homepage URL plus its images and Latin fonts. Do not write rebuild HTML.

Capture the homepage in Paper

Capture the homepage and navigation at 1600, 768, and 390. Requires Paper installed.

1.3

Mine tokens, then pull buttons and components

Create one Design Library, bind tokens, pull unique buttons and cards from desktop, and author button hover from source CSS.

Sign off in Paper

Review all three sizes, Navigation, Buttons, Components, and the Design Library. Pin anything wrong. Capture Tool stays optional.

Emit the Design System

Write the token contract page from the signed Design Library. Not the ship.

2.2

Author the homepage

Author one responsive, semantic homepage from Paper desktop using those tokens.

Validate each section vs Paper

Compare each rebuild band to the numbered 1.2 section clips at 1600, 768, and 390. Disk only; no live Paper calls.

Sign-off, then Session 3 polish

Sign off the lock with TAGS on. Continue starts Session 3 polish.

Polish

Session 3 copies the lock, then a11y, contrast, hover, burger drawer, FAQ, dropdowns, GSAP, and SEO.

Pull the navbar and footer once from the signed homepage, author each Paper page as an Astro body, then wire routes and build.
